Great to use if you don’t prioritize dialog skills since it gives you +5 to leadership skills and +7 to persuade. It can be found on top of a skeleton in the back of the old OSI building near the south ruins of Stellar Bay on Monarch.

This heavy armor boasts a lot of buffs that increase your carry weight, melee weapon skills, and defense. You can find this set of armor in a container in the sealed relay station on Monarch during the mission “Sucker Bait.”
