A First Look at the Fujifilm X-Pro3 Camera

The X-Pro3 is the latest camera from Fujifilm in their highly lauded X Series, and with it comes a highly interesting design with lots of features and power to spare. Is this unique camera the right one for you? This excellent first look video will give you a pretty comprehensive overview that should help you decide.

Coming to you from DP Review, this excellent video takes a first look at the new Fujifilm X-Pro3 camera. The X-Pro3 is a portable powerhouse that packs features like Fuji’s beloved film simulations (including a new one), 4K at 30 fps and 200 Mbps, an excellent autofocus system, and a blazing 11 fps continuous mode. But of course, the features that most photographers will be talking about are its viewfinder and unique rear design. The X-Pro series features an awesome hybrid viewfinder that includes a traditional (and high-quality OLED) EVF, but also includes a rangefinder-style OVF that should please those who like to shoot more like a street photographer. And then, there’s the rear screen that is hidden by default, replaced instead by a small informational E Ink display, encouraging the photographer to keep their eye to the viewfinder more. It’s certainly a quirky and interesting camera; check out the video above for the full rundown.
