After rolling out a system update for the 3DS earlier this week without any stability, Nintendo’s now released its monthly update for the Switch. Fortunately, this one comes with plenty of stability improvements to enhance the overall experience.
More importantly, though, it also resolves an issue with Joy-Con not displaying the correct colours when being attached to the Switch console. When this was first discovered, it was hard to tell if it was a mistake or a design choice.

Resolved an issue where the color animation was not displaying correctly when attaching a Joy-Con controller to the Nintendo Switch console.
To perform this update manually, open up the system settings to begin the download.
