At the start of this week, Nintendo revealed Link from The Legend of Zelda series would be coming to Super Mario Maker 2 in the version 2.0 update. The good news is that this update has now arrived – and, as you can see from the video above, we were lucky enough to go hands-on with it a few days ago. It’s good stuff.
Link isn’t going alone, either. He comes equipped with the Master Sword, his trusty bow and a pocketful of bombs. He can even perform a new downwards thrust move to match Mario’s ground pound.
Apart from this, the new update also adds more course parts and enemies, as well as the new Ninji Speedrun mode – allowing you to unlock special Mii costumes.
